MFT Upgrade 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.3- copyConfig command is failing.

copyConfig command is failing. I have run it with debug and I am uploading the logs. Please assist. The command I ran was the following: $ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/bin/copyConfig.sh -javaHome /apps/oramw/products/jdk1.8.0_77/jre -archiveLoc /apps/oramw/config/exc/domains/excpat_mftdomain/mft/tmp/wls.jar -sourceDomainLoc /apps/oramw/config/exc/domains/excpat_mftdomain -sourceOracleHomeLoc /apps/oramw/products/mft_fmw12211 -domainHostName mftpat-as-omf.hostname.com -domainPortNum 14002 -domainAdminUserName weblogic -domainAdminPasswordFile /apps/users/orapat/MFTUpgrade/PAT_obf_File -logDirLoc /apps/users/orapat/MFTUpgrade/logs -trustKeyStoreLoc /apps/oramw/products/mft_fmw12211/wlserver/server/lib/DemoTrust.jks -debug true

Looks to me that the issue is that MS1 and MS2 are on two different servers and it is trying to write from server2 to an archive it is building in server1 in /var/tmp. /var/tmp location on Server1 is not mounted in Server2.
