Goal

Why is ACTUAL_PURGE_ROW_CNT Value for Provision Task Greater than EST_PURGE_ROW_CNT?

When reviewing the purge log table OIM_DATAPRG_TASKS_LOGDTLS, sometimes the lines do not seem to match up.

Example:
ACTUAL_PURGE_ROW_CNT value for PROVTASK is greater than EST_PURGE_ROW_CNT.

PROVTASK 870903 6504987

What these two columns hold?
Why is the Actual Purge count id greater than estimated Purge count.
