Goal

Images will not load in the Image Pane but the thumbnails are visible. Is there a way to retrieve the images from the system in order to reprocess?

The user no longer has the hard copies and cannot reprocess them. When trying to release them, the below error is displayed:

Failed to export document to an image only PDF Exit Code: 16.
