Wrong Sign In With Other User Information When Restarting Application After Signing Out (Doc ID 2509344.1)

Symptoms

 

Customer are working with OAM and OAAM to authenticate with tapscheme and mobile & social services.

A user with <USER1>, used a mobile connected service and logged out.

Then, when I turned on the application again, the user information was connected to

user with <USER2>, not <USER1>.

There is no physical contact between <USER1> and <USER2>, and there is no

information about each other. It does not share a mobile device either.

Application is a custom one.
