Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Using SQL Developer version 18.4. Trying to convert UDB database to oracle. Able to connect to both source and target. Able to create repository. No errors.
But during the convert phase, I'm getting the following error:

Migration Actions have failed. Check the migration reports for details : Capture Classic Capture
ORA-04063: package body has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being
called: "MIGRATION_REPO.MIGRATION"
ORA-06512: at line 1

After checking the migration_repo schema, I discovered that the package MIGRATION is invalid. Tried to recompile but failed.
