ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Calling adfAuthentication servlet to redirect to custom URL after logging out no longer works in 11.1.1.9.x and later releases.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the adfAuthentication servlet to redirect to the custom URL.

STEPS

The following works on WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8 or earlier versions:

Login to WebCenter Portal.

http://<WCP_HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/webcenter
Replace the URL with:
http://<WCP_HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/webcenter/adfAuthentication?logout=true&end_url=https://oracle.com

You will be redirected to google page.
Access WebCenter Portal again:

http://<WCP_HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/webcenter

You will see you are effectively logged out.

The above doesn't work in 11.1.1.9 or 12.2.1.X releases.
