Sorting Is Not Working On Pivot Table

Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.2.0 version,
Shorting is not working on Pivot Table
Like other Business Views, Pivot Tables give the option to short the column data in ascending or descending order. Shorting for Pivot Table column is not working in our case.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the dashboard from project.
2. In Pivot table view try to short the data for any column in ascending or descending order.
3. Observe the behavior, Shorting is not working.
in my case shorting is not working for QUERY_RAISED AND SLA_BREACHED columns, however for Process Key and Workflow Run Time columns shorting options itself not available.
