After upgrading OIM 22.214.171.124.0 to OIM 126.96.36.199.190103 when a user with a custom admin role
tries to click the Users, Roles, Organizations or Administration Roles tiles
the console will hang and the following error will appear after some time: Failure of Webserver Bridge. Connection to server failure status=503
Note that the issue does not reproduce with xelsysadm
