Exalogic: IB Ports State Shown As "Initializing" Instead Of Active On Compute Nodes/Storage Heads (Doc ID 2511379.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic racks (both Virtual & Physical racks), issue of IB ports shown as "Initializing" state is seen. This issue can happen on Compute nodes or Storage heads.

IB Ports showing as "Initializing" state can be confirmed by running "ibstat" command on the Compute nodes. In case of Storage heads the IB ports status can be verified by running below command.
