Symptoms

Installing WebCenter Sites: Running /sitesconfigsetup Over OTD Fails: "Could not connect to Web Server or Application Server"

The following errors are seen in the sites.log when attempting to run /sitesconfigsetup on the OTD url:


WHAT IS WORKING:
- Running /sitesconfigsetup over OHS works

Changes

 SSL is terminated at OTD level.
