ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Slowness when opening OracleBPMWorkspace from internet explorer version (11.0.49)

Our users are trying to access the BPM/Workspace application from internet explorer version (11.0.49) and report slowness to enter.

However, other browsers, like Google Chrome they enter quickly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempting to open Oracle BPM Workspace with Internet Explorer version (11.0.49).
2. It takes about 30 to 90 seconds to open
3. Try it in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and it comes back immediately.
