Symptoms

A system that was working can no longer login to Web Verifier 11.1.1.9.0. The following error is being returned:

An error has occurred in the WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client.
Try to go to Batch View page. If error still occurs please contact your system administrator for further steps.

Error details:
ORA-04063: package body "OFR.SQLSERVER_UTILITIES" has errors ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "OFR.SQLSERVER_UTILITIES" ORA-06512: at "OFR.LOGGEDINUSER_ID_TRG", line 6 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger \'OFR.LOGGEDINUSER_ID_TRG\'ORA-06512: at line 4
