ERROR: Invalid Argument 'ggcs' While Adding Master Key Name In 12.3.0.1.0 (Doc ID 2512578.1)

Goal

Customer faced challenges while configuring wallet for encrypting the trail files.
When they were trying to specify a masterkey with add masterkey command it throws error.
But when they use the default oracle masterkey then it does not throw an error.

Following commands were used to create the wallet which is a wrong syntax when used with 12.3.0.1.0

$ ggsci

Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter for Oracle
Version 12.3.0.1.181120 OGGCORE_12.3.0.1.0OGGBP_PLATFORMS_181207.1227_FBO

GGSCI > open wallet
Opened wallet.

GGSCI > add masterkey ogg
ERROR: Invalid argument 'ogg'.

GGSCI > add masterkey ggcs
ERROR: Invalid argument 'ggcs'.

GGSCI > add masterkey
