When using OracleConnectionPoolDataSource.getPooledConnection() to establish a database connection, it is found to perform slower when using JDBC 188.8.131.52.
In a real test case, it takes about 1000ms to establish a connection when using JDBC 184.108.40.206, while it takes about 500ms with JDBC 220.127.116.11, connecting to the same database server.
Upgrade to JDBC 18.104.22.168.
