Accessing Application Through Apache 2.2 Returns "HTML Code" Instead of "HTML Page" After Applying the Patch 26771647 (Doc ID 2512952.1)

Symptoms

To fix the issue reported in the following bug, applied the fixed patch 26771647

Bug 26771647 : WEBLOGIC APACHE PLUGIN TRUNCATES HEADER WHEN USING WL-PROXY-CLIENT-CERT

After applying the patch for the above bug, Apache 2.2 started to load HTML code instead of HTML page when accessed the application.

Note : This behavior is not seen when using Apache 2.4. It loads the application correctly.

Issue started after applying the fix for the bug 26771647  WEBLOGIC APACHE PLUGIN TRUNCATES HEADER WHEN USING WL-PROXY-CLIENT-CERT as per the following Document 2415432.1.
