What changes need to be performed on the OUD port in order to run on IPv4 instead of IPv6?

Situation Description

- Currently OUD12c OUD proxy ports are running using the IPv6 protocol by default on a Linux server.
- Would like to enable IPv4 only.
- Can parameters for this be set on the JDK 1.8 base?
