Symptoms
When running the wlst command 'retreiveDiagnosticCookieKey' to export Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) AES key the below error is thrown. This is required for RUEI Integration
retreiveDiagnosticCookieKey(keystoreLocation="<KEYSTORE_LOG_PATH>",password="<PASSWORD>")
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'retreiveDiagnosticCookieKey'
or
SEVERE: Unable to execute the WLST Command
javax.management.RuntimeMBeanException: javax.management.RuntimeMBeanException: OAM-18038
at weblogic.rjvm.ResponseImpl.unmarshalReturn(ResponseImpl.java:237)
