When trying to open propertiesUtility.bat getting below error.

ERROR

Oracle WebCenter Sites: Configuration Import Export

Illegal number of parameters
  1: Sites-Home
  2: Sites-Config (path to config directory)
  3: Task (import or export)
  4: Property File (must exist on import)
  5: flush (optional) (invalidates the Cache that stores configuration settings) (valid only on import and requires Sites be up and running)
  6: sites-url (optional) (must be supplied if flush is specified)

The exit status is 1
