Exalogic Virtual 2.0.6.4.190115: OL7 Guest vServer PSU Upgrade to January 2019 PSU Failing With "Custom repodata not found" Error (Doc ID 2514547.1)

Symptoms

Exapatch fails to upgrade an OL7 Guest vServer to the January 2019 PSU which has been setup along with custom rpms as described in the 'Custom Repo Setup' procedure in the Exalogic PSU Readme.

The error message "Custom repodata not found" is observed in the exapatch_xx.log as shown in the example below:


Notice the absence of the 'Custom' directory between Infrastructure and repodata (containing the custom RPMs) in the URL displayed in the error message.
