Symptoms

When attempting to load a domain template built from Domain Template Builder(config_builder) through WebLogic Scripting Tool(WLST) using loadTemplate, the below error is seen in wlst.

NOTE: The following is a generic error message which is nondescript of what is wrong. It has been seen in various cases the error can be seen for different reasons. Known issues:
CFGFWK-64062: Invalid Template - Parsing The Config-nodemanager.xml Failed! <Document 2449276.1>
