Symptoms

During OIM server startup, the following error is seen in the log files.

Class/Method: DBPoolManager/getConnection/Exception encounter some problems: Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Unknown host specified [[
