Memory Leak of Deploymentlistner Instances on Webservice Clients (Doc ID 2516080.1)

Symptoms

Issue is observed in web service client running on Weblogic server. When it running with JDK 1.7.0.60 and later , one temp Proxy will be created when the client is invoked once. 
If lots of web service client are invoked ,lots of temp class will be created which leads to OOM.
