Audit data not loading to database (Doc ID 2517060.1)

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Common Security Sevices

LibOVD audit. LibOVD is a part of Oracle Platform Security Services. Following this guide, I try to set up settings.

There is no problems with OPSS, OWSM and bipublisher. Their log files are creating and adding into the database. LibOVD log files are only creating. They are not adding into the database (tables IAU_COMMON, IAU_COMMON, IAU_USERSESSION, IAU_AUDITSERVICE and view LIBOVD_V)
