Unable to Deinstall Oracle Home Directory Using deinstall.sh Script (Doc ID 2517153.1)

The deinstall.cmd/sh script lets the user see the GUI uninstaller screen and to select the product to deinstall.

After selecting the component (say, Webcenter Content Server) for deinstallation in the popup screen, the program dies with the following error:
