Goal

On : 12.2.1.3  version

MFT ESS Not Honoring Schedule After Upgrading.

After an upgrade from 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.3, the first time start up MFT, if there is a file in the directory it will process it regardless of the schedule.

Subsequently, it will stick to the schedule. Just the first time, it seems there's a timing issue where the source starts processing before the schedule starts kicking in.
