Fusion Applications - Unable to find documents checked into the content sever. (Doc ID 2518488.1)

Symptoms

Files are checked into the content server and are not found by the front end Fusion application.

Front end application (BIP, SOA, HCM, etc...) are unable to download recent files checked into the Content Server.

This will also affect the import/export of ZIP/CSV files checked into the content server.

 

Changes

Recently the content server file system was moved to the database as binary objects. This happened in the Release 13 of Fusion applications.
