Symptoms

Remote manager in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) is no longer working after WLS PSU 10.3.6.0.190115 was applied, throwing this exception:

This is not limited to OIM use cases. It may be any application using a blocklisted object included in the WLS PSU updates.
