"Remove Audit Log Entries" Schedule Job Not Removing All Entries (Doc ID 2519395.1)

When running the "Remove Audit Log Entries" schedule job it is not removing all candidate entries.

Steps to reproduce:

Suppose there are 100 entries older than 180 days and run the job with the following parameters:

Batch Size: 100
Minimum Job Duration: 30
Remove Audit Log Entries Older Than (in days): 180

The job run will only remove 14 entries.
