When Viewing an Image in the WebCenter Content: Imaging Viewer, Error "Getting ADF_FACES-10032" Occurs and Stuck Threads Occur (Doc ID 2519958.1)

Symptoms

During the IPM 10g migration to 12c, Group 6 TIFFs are becoming corrupted. These corrupt files are being input into the 12.2.1.3 environment. Upon viewing these documents, threads are getting stuck on the WebCenter Content: Imaging server.

These stuck threads are taking up system resources forcing a restart of the environment multiple times.

Imaging-diagnostic log error:

Getting ADF_FACES-10032, The expression "#{bindings.ipmnavigation.regionModel}" that was specified for the RegionModel "value" attribute of the region component with id ":imgMTP:NavRgn" evaluated to null. Using an empty RegionModel instead. 

Stuck Thread Error:

"[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '48' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" #139 daemon prio=1 os_prio=-2 tid=<tid> nid=<nid> waiting on condition [0x0000000030239000]

This issue is not specific to any file type, any corrupt/unreadable file will cause this issue.
