Symptoms

Created Identity Audit Rules and Policy for 2 Child Entitlements, using the following rule:

  

When creating a new Access Request for these two entitlements, OIM is not generating a Policy Violation when Submit Button is clicked the first time.

One is expecting to see the Submit button text change to "Submit With Violations" but that is not happening.
