Oracle Internet Directory - Version 11.1.1.9.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In an OID 11.1.1.9 two-server cluster, at least one OID component on each OID server (eg oid2,oid3) has been configured with orclsslenabled=1 (only SSL communication).

As soon as one of those components is brought down through opmnctl, the oidmon process takes up to 99% of CPU time. This condition only gets resolved when OID is restarted on the affected server through opmnctl stopall/startall.
