Problem With Assignee Users And Its Name's Length

In few workflows customers need to assign an asset to multiple users. The problem is when the sum of the length of the assigned users exceeds the maximum size of column Assignee.

PROPERTIES = java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "USER_WCSITES"."WCS_ASSETSTATISTICSTABLE"."ASSIGNEE" (actual: 440, maximum: 255)
