WebLogic Errors with Security SSL Warnings java.security.Permissions During Client Application Launch (Doc ID 2521847.1)

Symptoms

On WLS 12c, get Security SSL warnings during SIM application launch.
When application is launched from client side to connect to Server side, it was trying to connect directly to individual managed server instead of the LoadBalancer--> OHS--> WebLogic Cluster. 
Due to customer policies, this should not happen and it was failing with below error.
