Excessive Delay When Deleting Targets In OPAM (Doc ID 2522097.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Privileged Account Manager 11.1.2.3.0 

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OPAM Target deletion which use to take 20 seconds at worst. Now takes 20 or so minutes, even for newly created targets. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The process of deleting targets is expected to competed with 0-20 seconds at worst case. 



STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Open the OPAM Self Service UI as an Administrator.
  2. Click on Targets. 
  3. Search for a target to be deleted.
  4. Delete the target.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, deletion of targets is delayed
