OGG Downstream is not purging the archive logs sent from Primary (Doc ID 2522134.1)

Symptoms

Customer is having Downstream configuration. The downstream database is RDBMS 12.2. So, according to the below ER

  

Enh 26159840 - Automatic Deletion archive logs sent by source system in a GG Mining DB server

  

archive logs should get deleted automatically. But, the archive logs are not getting deleted. It is purged manually.

There is also a Bug related to it. But everywhere it is mentioned that, in RDBMS 12.2, the archive logs sent to downstream will be purged automatically
in downstream database.
