Symptoms

AD Password Sync connecting is failing to update the passwords from AD to OIM from some domain controllers with following error fail:



Recreate Steps:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1). Sign on to AD Controller with Password Sync and change a users password
2). Response: Unable to update <User Login>. Error has occurred. Please check log for details


Have followed the KM "Password updation failed in child process": Password Updates from Password Sync Connector Not Working from One Domain Controller <Document 2073412.1> and the proxy setting looks correct.
