OSB 12c JMS Outbound Message Drops Transport Header "Content-Type" Silently (Doc ID 2522655.1)

Symptoms

When write JMS message into MQ (SonicMQ etc) via OSB business service in JMS protocol. User Header 'Content-Type' gets dropped silents. But it works in 11g.

Debug shows those User Headers reache transport layer, and only 'Content-Type' gets dropped.

Changes

Upgrade OSB from 11g to 12c.
