Symptoms

Issue 1:

Unable to start Quartz Scheduler and MBeans in Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12c, e.g., 12.2.1.3.0.

Installed OID 12.2.1.3 (collocated mode), where OID is installed in Weblogic home.
OID Instance started successfully.
Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) started successfully.

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Fusion Middleware (FMW) Control console, while trying to add a synchronization profile, it is not allowing an edit as the "Quartz Scheduler & MBeans" are down / not up and running.

Log error message:

<Exception
java.lang.RuntimeException: Credential not found

Issue 2:

dipConfigurator fails with:

No meaningful errors in dipConfig.log.
