Connector Reconciliation Job Fails With "SQLException: execute, Exception = null" (Doc ID 2522742.1)

Symptoms

This issue can happen with any OIM connector but in this case, one has configured GTC target reconciliation, and when running the reconciliation job, the following error occurs:

 Steps:

1) Configure a OIM connector such as GTC.
2) Run a recon job of the connector.
