Symptoms

Sequence followed to reproduce error .


  a> Restore image that has Oam 12.2.1.3.0 (no bp) or install Oam 12.2.1.3.0 (no bp).
  b> Apply 12.2.1.3.181213 (BP05) Access Server. Restart it works.
  c> Roll back 12.2.1.3.181213 (BP05) Access Server. Restart and you notice exception.
