"oracle.reportsApp.config" Is Missing from System MBean Browser (Doc ID 2523093.1)

Symptoms

The "Application Defined MBeans"--> oracle.reportsApp.config is missing on System MBean Browser after following the steps shown in:
<Note:2108256.1> - "How to Disable Security for the Reports Server 12C and Execute Webcommands"

The Reports web command also fails:
http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/reports/rwservlet/showjobs

Changes

 Attempted to update SecurityId in System MBean Browser for in-process Reports Server per instructions in:

<Note:2108256.1> - "How to Disable Security for the Reports Server 12C and Execute Webcommands"
