APEX Images not Rendering in WLS Throws 503 Error (Doc ID 2523313.1)

After upgrade to APEX 18.2 from 5.0 getting below error when loading the webpage:

"There is a problem with your environment because the Application Express files have not been loaded. Please verify that you have copied the images directory to your application server as instructed in the Installation Guide. In addition, please verify that your image prefix path is correct. Your current path is /i_crp/ (it should contain both starting and ending forward slashes, such as the default /i/). Use the SQL script reset_image_prefix.sql if you need to change it."

Steps involved

1. APEX upgrade to 18.2
2. Configure ords
       java -jar renamed_ords.war install advanced
       java -jar renamed_ords.war static --context_path /i_crp/ /<DIR>/images_crp
3.  Run reset_image_prefix.sql against the database to enter i_crp
4. Deploy the renamed_ords.war and i_crp.war on Weblogic Managed Server
5. Restarted The Managed Server and whole WLS too

When trying to access any of the apex images URL

i.e https://<wls_hostname>:<wls_port>/i_crp/apex_version.txt

Getting 503 Error
