Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are getting the error "an error has occurred" when trying to open an Imaging Invoice image from the EBS Zoom button. If viewing the image from Imaging, the interface is working as expected. When the issue occurs, it happens to all of the documents. If users logout of EBS and log in, the issue is resolved.
