Symptoms

WebLogic Server version 12.2.1.0.0.

Application will not start on one of the managed server

The issue is intermittent. Sometimes the application will not start on one of the server even if it started on the other servers.

The error occurs when the managed servers are being restarted, If  log in the web console and  restart the application manually everything is back okay.
