Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, MFT Runtime Server

Unable to transfer file to UCM sever from MFTCS 12.2.1.3.0

Facing an issue checkin file to UCM (content server) using MFT and getting the below exception

MFTException [threadName=JCA-work-instance:JMSAdapter-0, errorID=, errorDesc=MFT-5252_Errors while processing service request [CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL] from content server [https://<HOST>.us2.oraclecloud.com/cs/idcplg]., cause=Unable to execute service CHECKIN_NEW_SUB and function makeNewRevClass. The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged.]
