Symptoms

Using the OIM Lotus Notes and Domino Connector 11g connector and running the connector lookup recon jobs such as 'Domino Connector Lookup Reconciliation' Scheduled job does not reconcile any lookup data. Additionally, the provisioning of users to Lotus notes also does not work and fails with:

Steps to reproduce:

1- Install and configure the OIM Lotus notes And Dominos connector.
2- Run the lookup recon jobs and provision the user to the account created using this connector.
