Symptoms

Unable to create the WLS domain for EDQP 11.1.1.6.3.

Errors:
JDBC Component Schema Test (dialog):
Warning: CFGWK-42067: The JDBC configuration test did not fully complete or completed with errors.
CAUSE: You can click "Next" to bypass the testing.
ACTION: Go back to the previous panels to fix the problems.
