Symptoms
OAxis(OrbitalAxis) or XAxis values scaled as Thousands(K) instead of Millions(M). How to change the Orbital values to be scaled as
Millions instead of Thousands?
Same behavior is found in Reports Builder Paper Layout and Report generated from Server.

Create a Bar Graph with attribute values in Thousands(K) and Millions(M).
