OIM 12c integrated with OAAM 11g - Reset Password operation shows Generic Message instead of specific error (Doc ID 2525104.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Identity Governance version 12.2.1.3.0 version is integrated with Oracle Adaptive Access Manager version 11.1.2.3.0 for password management . 

On this environment when users reset password , if any password is not meeting the policy the OAAM error shows only generic message . Ideally it should display the exact policy specific error message which is not matching with set password.
Earlier in OIM 11G, it specifically shows the message in case its does not meet the password policy requirements.

This is causing confusion to the end users while resetting their passwords.

The products involved at OAAM 11.1.2.3 (Oct 2018 CPU) and OIM 12.2.1 (Jul 2018 CPU).

The upgrade was performed on OIM 11.1.2.3 to OIM 12.2.1.3.0
