Document Conversion Processor Error After Applying OIT Patch "CaptureOITExport crashed before acknowledging session" (Doc ID 2525242.1)

After applying the OIT Patch 28806255 for (Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit), documents are not getting converted from PDF to TIF when going through Document Conversion Processor.  The error stack trace in the Capture Managed Server diagnostic log shows as:
